My wife and I are both in our 20s and were shocked to be in a handicap room with horrific water damage. The bathroom floors were filthy and uneven. The water from the shower (which had no threshold due to handicap design) flowed behind the toilet and into the middle of bathroom due to the slopes in the uneven floors despite using the shower curtain and several towels laid on the ground. This was a major safety hazard. My wife and I traveled with two other couples (we all booked at the same time) and their rooms which double the size and bathrooms were much nicer. Obviously this was disappointing when you don’t get what you pay for. Lastly, for nearly $300 a night, free coffee is an expectation.

The temperature of our room was very cold (67 degrees) after numerous attempts to raise the temperature to a reasonable 74 degrees, I brought the matter to the front desk. Unfortunately, this did nothing to correct the problem.

Two days they didn't have hot water for shower/bathing and water pressure was minimal. Was surprising to see that it took over 48 hours to solve a hot water problem by their engineering team.
No breakfast place at site, only services cold muffins and croissants with coffee.
Long lines at reception desk as its serviced by only one person. Same person answers Guest Services phone calls from its guests.
Bell hop is part-time. Not available full-time. Surprising how they are still in business.
