Breakfast was good for being included with stay.
Negatives:
I received one price while looking to book on Trivago; so I made the reservation without paying right at that moment. I decided to pay at arrival. The price increased by $75+ at check-in four days after booking. I noticed this a few hours after check-in on my online banking application. I went down to the lobby to speak to someone about it. The gentleman, who wasn't that gentle instantly told me that he could not do anything about it. A good customer service representative would have taken the time to talk to me about the situation versus shutting the conversation right down.

Short way from train station and to AVIS car rental.
Negatives:
There was a breakfast buffet (all good), but there were cheap disposable dishes and cutlery. This is unacceptable and no longer up-to-date for reasons of sustainability. In a hotel like the Hampton, porcelain dishes and reusable cutlery should be used.

The trolley service and driver was exceptional, all of the staff were kind and friendly and the $25 come and go parking was perfect. We will plan to stay here again.

The elevator needs a carpet change. The wash basin area has tiles which can be quite slippery if you only have socks on.
