Well maintained and lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of perks like complimentary breakfast and snacks and beverages for guests. Love the Beekman's toiletries. I think we will make this a regular stay when we visit Providence.

I liked that they let us switch rooms bcuz the first room we were put in was way in the annex in the back and was super depressing and had a view of the alley with garbage.
Negatives:
Hotel itself was underwhelming. Didn’t feel like a four star hotel at all. Front Staff was not very friendly. Also, the location is right across the street from a homeless outreach center. So on both Saturday and Sunday mornings there were so many unhoused people just hanging around out front and on the street. We were asked multiple times for money, and I really felt unsafe walking on the street.

Spacious room, friendly staff, complementary snacks, very central location.
Negatives:
We couldn't open the windows in our room so there was no fresh air, and there was no fan in the bathroom so it felt stuffy.
