Although the room was nice, it smelled and had very little natural light. Disappointing for a suite!

We showed up at 5:15pm to check into our room. We were told the room was not quite ready so we had a drink in the bar. At 5:30 we were told we did not have a room despite booking and paying for it. We were then left without a place to stay and had to go down the road to a grungy little hotel that cost more money and was awful.
It felt like a Seinfeld episode, they could take a reservation, charge you for a reservation, but not honor the reservation
