Positives: I liked that they let us switch rooms bcuz the first room we were put in was way in the annex in the back and was super depressing and had a view of the alley with garbage.
Negatives: Hotel itself was underwhelming. Didn’t feel like a four star hotel at all. Front Staff was not very friendly. Also, the location is right across the street from a homeless outreach center. So on both Saturday and Sunday mornings there were so many unhoused people just hanging around out front and on the street. We were asked multiple times for money, and I really felt unsafe walking on the street.
