Negatives: Bed to hard for my liking but still a great stay

Negatives: The toilet/ sink had started to leak during the night, it left a puddle on the bathroom floor.

Negatives: The rooms were unclean and unacceptable

Negatives: The facility, the area, the bedding, the overall feel of the room was run down and in need of renovations.

Negatives: The bathroom was disgusting arriving at the room. We pay a little extra for a first floor and pool side room and when we arrive to the room the toilet wasn’t clean. Literally someone had used the bathroom before we entered, everything was in the toilet. They changed our room, to the 3rd floor but they did not return the extra payment for the pool side.

Negatives: Nasty. Not clean

Negatives: The overall layout of the hotel was odd. You walk in to the desk then back through a hallway to get to the one elevator. Getting off the elevator on your return back to the main floor, it’s not overly obvious of the way to the lobby (there is a sign to show you the way but without it I would guess a lot of people would make a wrong turn). Use the signs for direction to your room number as these are played out odd in comparison to most hotels. I also didn’t like that the AC (which in fairness works very well) is too close to the bed (approximately 4 feet) and blows directly onto the person on that side of the bed when it runs. Not a huge deal for us but the bathtub didn’t have a way to hold water as the stopper was gone so my son couldn’t take a bath and had to opt for the shower instead.

Negatives: The smell in the rooms

Negatives: this was our second stay at this location and it seems the elevator is always out of order. Walking 3 flights of stairs after walking all day at a theme park is just frustrating and tiring.

Negatives: Everything about the stay was great except for our room was dirty.
