Negatives: Everything was great except for y'all canceled one of my rooms before I got there and I had to pay for another one on site so that means I pay for three rooms and I still have yet to receive my refund on my other room...I confirmed my arrival at 8-9 pm took my money out then I get there and you cancelled 1 of my rooms with no refund so had to pay another 300+ for a room for my son in law and daughter but the girls at the desk are very awesome so I need a manager to make this right I need my refund on that room y'all cancelled thank you

Negatives: As soon as we got in the room, once we sat down my husband had to kill a couple of roaches that came out the back of the tv, one that came out of the side desk and one crawling on the wall. We didn't get a chance to unpack once we got in the room because of it. So we thought it wouldn't be another one seen after that, so we stayed in the room. But when we woke up the next morning and another roach came out the side dresser and then another was crawling on the wall. My husband immediately called the front desk. The Young Lady with the pink hair, came up, got the evidence and left the area. But she immediately moved us to another room that was on a lower floor. She brought the keys to us with a cart and she sincerely apologized for the inconvenience that we were experiencing. She suggested if we wanted further accommodations, to make sure that we speak with the management that were coming in. So, after doing so, that was the only accommodation that was given because of the inconvenience. And that was very frustrating, because the Young Lady that was working at the front desk at the time was more concerned than the management that came in. And the management made us feel like she didn't believe what we just experienced, even with the evidence they took from our room. So when I mentioned it again to the management during check out. She suggested that once she has them to investigate, then fumigate, then they will get back with us, concerning our frustrated ordeal. So I said, WOW & left. But other than that, again the Young Lady (African American), that handled the situation at the time, she was very helpful & concerned more than the Caucasian Management that came in. Even though we accepted the apology from the manager, still no other accommodations were given for our inconvenience situation. We stay in hotels all the time and this is the first time this has happened to us.
