Positives: I didn't request a quiet room. I requested a non-smoking room. They were able to give us a non-smoking room but without a fridge and coffee maker.

Negatives: Ehh.. We requested towels from three different people and when we finally received the towels, they were pretty old and scratchy.

Positives: Bed, TV, air unit, room space.

Negatives: No refrigerator or microwave in certain rooms. I stayed 2 days. 2 different rooms. First room was good with refrigerator and microwave. 2nd day, different room wth no refrigerator or microwave. Had to walk downstairs 40-50 yds in below freezing temperature to lobby to use microwave. Had to fill room trash can with ice in order to keep beverages cool until ready to drink. They also charged my deposit and room price as one total price instead of separating. I, nor my can see the deposit bc it only shows as one total price. I checked out on the 5th but no sign of my refund.
