Lovely having air conditioning in the rooms but I found it quite noisy at night. We ended up turning the temperature up on the thermostat so it didn't kick in so often.

The room was nice. Big, and clean. It was in walking distance of everything downtown. Great breakfast in the mornings.
Negatives:
To park on site, you had to pay for vallet parking.
I would suggest adding a microwave to the rooms since you have a refrigerator.

Location is perfect, the staff polite. The room is big, with a big bathroom, spaces are well arranged.
Negatives:
The room was cold, and the shower was old, it was difficult to regulate and the water flow was not optimal. The breakfast was poor.

Great location, beds were very comfortable, didn’t hear other guests in adjacent rooms or in the hallways. Easy walking distance to Falls Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail and Main St. restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was better than most hotels where it’s included, they really had everything and it was really good.
Negatives:
After just staying at the Kimpton in Asheville it felt like a bit of a downgrade but was actually more expensive. Seemed overpriced for Greenville for being pretty standard.

The mattress was a bit worn and sheets scratchy. Had to change rooms bc motorized blinds were broken in first room which was a handicap room. I Don’t prefer those!

The staff, everyone from the valet, the front desk, the restaurant, and the maids were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. When we were departing, we accidentally left one of our items on the luggage cart and they sent it to me overnight!
