It seemed a little run...
Positives:
We liked that the hotel was close to a lot of different things that we wanted to do or restaurants that we don’t have in our hometown so we could try new things. We traveled with 2 dogs so we knew we would be on one of the bottom levels with access to the back door of the hotel to be able to take them outside but it was a nice surprise when they were still able to upgrade our reservation from a deluxe king to an executive king room.
Negatives:
The elevator closest to the back door was pretty slow. We never used the other elevators and I know the hotel was 7 floors however waiting what felt like 5 minutes each time for an elevator that you can hear running and not stopping at every single floor is a little excessive

Breakfast was a disaster, Manager was absolutely useless and never responded to Booking.com's email to help me, and the staff totally messed up my reservation because the don't understand the english language. What's to like about this???

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A MANAGER THAT CARES ABOUT HIS BUSINESS!!! They completely didn't understand I wanted to add an additional nights stay and told me they cancelled my original nights stay and changed it to the 2nd night. Totally messed up my reservation. Booking.com fixed it for me but my next night was cancelled because the manager, Peter, never responded to Booking.com's email to fix the next nights stay. The manager, Peter, is useless and needs to be fired!! He never solved the problem of breakfast where 5 bus loads of students overwhelmed the breakfast area and no other guests could eat, and getting coffee was a strugle. A good manager would have opened the other room for the overflow. When the crowd left at 9 AM...the breakfast was wiped out. No fruit, no bread products, no juice, no cereals, no yogurt.....WIPED OUT!!! The employees lack of understanding english created a disaster for my reservation that I made 2 months in advance!! They should be cleaning the rooms and not on the phones if they can't understand customers!!! The staff is not friendly and definitely not customer oriented.....especially the manager, Peter!! USELESS AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!

It was kind of rundown it needed a makeover. Bad breakfast was nonexistent. Staff called me at midnight wanted to know who I was and why I was in that room. The bookkeeping is a mess.

The hotel is in a good location and has strong value. I would have preferred a hot breakfast but I understand the equipment had to be replaced. This hotel seems to be the choice of out of town workforces with all the big trucks and fleet vehicles.

Almost everything from rude staff who did not have command of the English language , broken refrigerator, 1 toilet roll for two people for two days, no tissues, hairy bath towels, no soap for the shower, shampoo in one little package for two for two days, no breakfast because of logistical issues? I can go on, but why bother as no one is going to fix the issues. Wyndham should be ashamed of putting this dump in their portfolio ….

They did not serve it because of a power outage.
Negatives:
The staff was ill prepared for the outage. There was no power, cold showers and the manager was not there. The outside doors were unlocked and no security. Appeared there was one employee there and the room key system failed so we were locked out of our room on the last night…. On the 7th floor in total darkness.
