Location, breakfast, clean bathroom, clean sheets, clean laundry.
Negatives:
Old and need of remodeling. Not enough dollies for luggage. The carpet in the lobby needs steam cleaned or replaced. The lobby restrooms needed hand towels replenished. Men and womens. The drop ceiling in the mens lobby restroom was missing tiles.

Accessible room did not have walk-in shower as shown in online photos. No luggage carts to be found when we were leaving. We asked staff to help us locate one. They did not. Check in was long. Carpets were stained. Breakfast was very minimal. Lobby dark
