Easy to find and check in. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. Everything was in fantastic condition and very clean and he explained how things worked extremely well

Wanted no smoking room. AC had room very cold, which masked the smell. When we shut the AC off, we began to notice the smell, but by then, it was too late to try switching rooms since we were ready for bed. We cranked up the AC to "re-mask" the smell. Had to shut off around midnight because it got so cold. Waking up later, we smelled the stale tobacco again. "Breakfast" was a generous term. Coffee was lukewarm, and when I tried to heat it in the room's microwave, I discovered that the microwave didn't work. Do you (Booking) have a number I can call?
