there was one hot tube that was not hot and the hot tub could have been clean better throughout the day. the breakfast could have been a little better there was a lot of rotten. Bananas cut up in a little better meat. And something different besides potatoes every day, the ice room was full of water and have to pay for parking it should have been free for what we paid i will not be back the price was to high

The location is amazing. The breakfast area and sitting areas on lobby floor with giant windows to ocean were awesome.
Negatives:
Upon check in, the woman never mentioned breakfast, which elevators went to what tower or pool/beach info
She was too busy talking to her co workers who ordered food. Secondly, no mention of not replacing towels or housekeeping. Our trash was overflowing and 4 ppl and the pool and beach we needed housekeeping on day 2, but it was not provided. We got our own bag and emptied trash. We went to breakfast at 8 am Saturday and the oatmeal was out, no eggs and no bacon or sausage. Not sure. If they just didn’t replace?
The lobby coffee was weak and old. Out of creamers two times we tried to get coffee. I’ve stayed here several times, this was the worst it’s been. Not sure what happened but they can use some revamp of customer service with that staff and get some cleaning going. Looking to switch from Hilton rewards to Marriott points.
I will add- The on site restaurant staff was great! They were efficient and polite.

very nice room, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great
Negatives:
missing little things....dust pan & brush; vacuum cleaner or at least a broom; more nitelights; more hooks(in closet & bathroom), etc. Check in confusing...come in at the North Tower, but all doors from the parking garage are locked to the hotel until you finally work your way to unlocked doors at the South Tower where registration is. Also, shocked to find there was a $50 fine for early check-in, just raised to $100 when we left!(didn't actually experience the fine, but flabbergasted that it existed)
