Positives:
I like how clean and comfortable the room we were in was. They even upgraded us! I loved the customer service, the kindness and generosity. Breakfast was good, there were eggs, sausage, potatoes , waffles, grits, oatmeal, cereal, bread, pastries, muffins, fruits and yogurts, but wish I saw bacon while I was there
Negatives:
I felt that the price was way too high, parking was great, but they do charge $15 a night. I didn't like that the pool was too cold, but it wasn't a total deal breaker.

The oceanfront from the room workers were very nice we were given one of our three nights free
Negatives:
Room didn't get clean the room had roaches in the refrigerator and the refrigerator didn't work all they did was give us clean towels on the second day and two TV one in front of the other
