Staff incredibly rude. Someone used their key sets and entered our room at midnight. When my husband called from desk, he was told there’s only 1 person here on staff and we need to bring key cards down to desk to get them them rekeyed. We were in bed. She did come bring us new cards, and said we hadn’t closed our door properly. The next morning upon checkout, Kim said there was nothing she could do and Manager was supposed to be there between 9-9:30. We checked out of room 104 at 11:00 and manager still was not there. I called Monica, the manager, and left voice mail to complain. She never returned my call. This is the WORST HAMPTON EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I stay exclusively at Hampton, but will not in the future. This was a horrible experience made worse by staff that did not do anything but say there was nothing they could do.

When we got to our room bathroom looked like it wasn’t swept looked like they just changed everything out and left as is.Pool looked cloudy.We didn’t have ven go in it.

The breakfast was pretty good had very good options to choose from.
The location was was very central to everything I was going to.
Negatives:
I got charged twice for the room, the manager fixed it but it was a bit uncomfortable trying to prove I had paid for it in full before arriving to the hotel. Then the keys didn’t worked to open the door and had to go back to have that fixed while my wife and son was waiting.
