Positives:
The staff were very nice- both front desk and the cleaning folks. I found the airport shuttle to be very convenient and accessible. The driver Carlos was especially pleasant. The pillows were actually very comfortable and so was the bed.
Negatives:
No hot breakfast, no ice machines, the front desk was tiny and looked unprofessional, the room had some minor but very visible flaws such as caulking peeling away from the shower tile, a bright red wire on a desk lamp which looked out of place. I did not like the decor. I can't figure out what look/style they are going for. Lastly, the wi-fi was inconsistent and I had to join some sort of platform in order to access it. I did not like that.
