Positives: Our room was the only one in our hall, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable bed.

Negatives: Clearly, the juices in the dispensing machine had been watered down and were practically tasteless. We reported our concern to the front desk clerk. The attendant in the kitchen area was not at all friendly or kind.

Positives: Location and breakfast.

Negatives: I was charged an amount that I was told was a "glitch" on my debit card. My trip was already paid for on booking.com. I gave them my debit card upon check in for the $25 holding fee.. woke up the next morning with a $198.56 charge on my card and no one at the front desk can tell me why exactly. It's been 3 days since the charges are still there. Not happy that I was on vacation and almost $200 of my money is held up on a error..that I can't spend. Can say I'll ever stay here again
