Negatives: I was double charged for a room ..granted I made a new reservation to stay another night through booking.. I also was told the previous day if I decided to reserve another night.. just let them know to keep the same room.. well the next day I did just that. Call first to make sure I can do the new reservation to keep the same rate.. went down stairs to the front desk was given new activated keys for the extended stay… the next day check out. Later seen I was charge for a new room I never slept in .. why because someone didn’t change that reservation room to the room I was already in.. so I’m still at the hotel but was charged for a room they said I never showed up for to check in.., well it’s in the same name.. couldn’t they call the room or just realized this person is already checked in a room.. well I’m still trying to get that money back… so when I called the guy was very rude to me about it.. made me feel like I did something wrong
