The staff was rude. One in particular.

I had a terrible stay due to the front desk manager on Saturday. She yelled at me was very rude. Someone tried to enter my room with a key. I called the front desk and asked why was someone trying to get into my room with a key no one ever responded back.

Ive never stayed at a hotel where Ive been yelled at or treated like a second class citizen. I felt like I was in a Third World country. I witnessed other people being treated in the same manner by the same female front desk staff member.

I was given a room that was not clean at all looks like the room belong to someone they was garbage everywhere bed was not made nothing was appropriate about this room. Had to change to a different room that was dirty as well nothing was made up
