Positives: They allow pets (for a fee). Selection of fast food right around the hotel for a quick bite. Taco bell across the road open late. Two pizza places, one joined to the hotel. Gas station/C store next door. A nice sit down steak house near by.

Negatives: It can get a little noisy with traffic, you'll hear the train for sure if you're on the north end of the property. Other than that. It was acceptable in cleanliness. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfy. Couch and chairs were clean.
