I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was clean and bright and the staff was exceptional. I had a problem caused by booking.com and the hotel did all they could to make it right. We received a discount for our room for the first night and breakfast for both days. The breakfast would otherwise have been available for a charge and it would have been worth it. It was delicious, plentiful and the staff was attentive and courteous. I used the pool both days and it was very clean and quiet. The room was also clean and had everything we needed. We didn't want to be in the heart of Nashville this trip and the location was excellent. Shopping, restaurants, and the highway were close by, making it very convenient for the quick, quiet getaway we needed. I was definitely stay there again!

Lovely hotel in a great location. The beds and pillows were very comfy.

We’ve stayed at 10 hotels in August, the majority of them Hilton hotels. This was the second one that didn’t offer a complimentary breakfast for all guests. Both mornings, we ate next door at Dunkin Donuts.
Also, I used guest laundry to wash clothes the first night. The floor was filthy and the trash needed emptying. Please have someone clean it regularly.
