Positives:
Rooms are quiet and clean. The property was in pretty good shape. The office staff is friendly, except for the manager.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken although staff accommodated and moved us to the first floor. We are still waiting to hear from the manager. It was difficult to contact the facility as the phone lines were down and the only contact was through email which the manager did not answer for three days in fact to this date. Very disappointing!
