Front desk staff was awesome at checkin. Very clean hotel.
Negatives:
1 suggestion We attended a concert at Freedom Hall which is about a mile away. Because of the size of crowd, we couldnt get an Uber. It would have been great if hotel had a courtesy shuttle for these special events. Would have paid extra for that.

Very clean, the on duty manager was very friendly and when my toilet wouldn't flush, she got me moved to a new room right away.

Positives:
The room accommodations were perfect. The new bathroom and shower was fantastic. I love the soap, shampoo and lotion bottles were attached to wall. Also because we are older we really appreciated the nightlight.
Negatives:
The coffee and tea were really not good. The hit water tasted like coffee and there was no regular black tea. Also the coffee was light or dark and no regular coffee.

Overall our stay was very good.
Positives:
The breakfast was good, however they kept running out of food, coffee and coffee cups. I thank they were under staffed. the room was nice and clean.
Negatives:
Running out of breakfast items. We weren't make aware of their room cleaning and towel policy. The clerk didn't tell us and the sign explaining it was odd in the corner of the desk.

Great stay. Breakfast was really good. Staff always cheerful and helpful.
Positives:
We liked that the girl at the desk helped us find different accommodations the third night. The breakfast ladies were friendly and efficient. The manager helped with comping us for the two nights we were there. I dont think I will stay there next year during the storytelling festival.
Negatives:
We had sewer gas in our room and there was no offer to do anything until we got insistent the third night. Your person at the desk was empathetic and did what she could. But we were so disappointed in the previous people acting as if they didnt think our complaints were worth worrying about.
