Positives: Nice hotel. Very well-located. The lobby was hot. That was really my only complaint. The room was nice! Would stay here again! We traveled to Johnson City to see our daughter who just moved there. The hotel is near everything! I was glad to have a free cookie and water when I arrived.

Negatives: The lobby was hot. The room was comfortable, but the hot lobby did affect how I felt when entering or leaving. I like the free cookies, but they were only available one time when I walked by. I guess my timing was bad.
