I loved everything about the room. Bed was super comfy, I like the funky little details of the room, the bathroom was amazing and the staff was awesome.
Negatives:
Does need an updated shower head and a microwave in the room would be nice. Other than that, it was perfect and will be staying there again.

BUgs all over the room . Floor, walls, windows, dead and alive. They gave me the lame excuse that here in Tennessee, it's the season for those bugs... Not so.. I live here!! It was my anniversary and my wife is scared of bugs, so staying wasn't an option. Cancelled my room and they tell me they can't cancel it cause it's a third party. I said how can you not cancel when I requested to pay when I arrived?!! I was so done at this point. My day was ruined,late for our dinner cause I had to book a room elsewhere. And now I have to fight for my money back?!! I can't even reach a live person at booking.com to fix this!! And for $175 for a room, why do I have to pay for a breakfast ( glad I was prewarned that the food was not great and I was best to eat elsewhere by the check-in attendant .Also the sliding bathroom door had an issue with it and my wife which is disabled, had trouble closing door.. this hotel looks way too new to have this kind of problem. I checked in next door to the Tru hotel and everything was perfect, it was even cheaper and offered free breakfast. The rooms didn't look as nice as yours but the experience was far better. I expect your company to refund my money and fix your bug problem. I'm all about second chances, cause the place really looked nice, but maintenance and bug control needs to be a priority right now .
