Negatives: The silver wires in the room Lov

Negatives: Everything. Rented a suite with kitchenette that should have been fully stock and ready for use. Booked for 2 nights for 3 people on my way South. Nothing was in the room that should have been. Had to request everything right down to forks and spoons, paper towel and tissue. Didn't even had can opener, all furniture worn out, sofa and chair unusable had to purchase blower up mattress. Could feel bed springs, rugs were wore and raggedy, stove top old burned on food and rust, kitchen chairs peeling and shedding, toilet pressure low and no hot water. also saw insects and outside doors were still not locked or secured at 10 pm. Totally disappointed with this location. Have stayed at Homewood suites several times in other states and they were always great. Not sure what happened here.

Negatives: It was hard to get the room clean. I call several time for towels since no one came to clean the room. I had dirty towels for three days. The shower was dirty and mole was in the shower

Negatives: The only thing that I didn't like was that the pool was closed. I understand that the weather may have played a part but just to have that option would have been great. some people including myself just wanted to put their feet into the water.

Negatives: Nothing bad

Negatives: The picture seemed like the bedroom was separate from the rest of the rooms. This wasn't a suite, it was just a hotel room with a couch that let out into a bed. Also, one of the eyelets on the stove did not work

Negatives: The lady at the front desk was rude I let her know I had a reservation she act as if she could find it I gave her a confirmation number and all she still couldn't find it asking dumb questions like when did u book it does it matter if I have a confirmation number u should see it so the other lady said it's there she pulled it up

Negatives: Bathroom could have been been bigger

Negatives: The staff is very unprofessional I asked to speak to a manager upon the problem that took place at checkin I was told none was on duty . Upon checking out I asked the same question and was told the same thing. The only employee wearing a name tag was Ann. The other young lady wasn't wearing one I can't pronounce her name but it starts with a k. I paid almost 200 for an unclean room where I had to make my own bed from the unclean bed and I have pictures of everything. Then we get to breakfast which starts at 6am so we go down at 7am the attendant is sitting at a table yelling across the room to tell me what is under the chafing lid. They were out of some of the food. She never got up to check or ask if I needed assistance. I know with this being a big corporation that there is training classes at least i hope there is. If not they all need to be retrained. I expected more hospitality from Hilton this was unacceptable. When my family travels we stay at Hilton brands and this was completely horrible
