The staff was amazing. So nice and helpful. It was truly a great stay.
Negatives:
Pool is small and there were not enough chairs in the sun. It's not the hotels fault but the people staying there being inconsiderate. Plus some loud unsupervised kids. I'm sure they made so much more work for the staff and that is also inconsiderate of the guests.

the front desk definetly has no clue how to do their job. the 2 women who checked us in clearly stated to us there is no training, new hires just get thrown out there "to figure it out on their own". the women gave us a hard time checking in, like they didn't know how to use the computer, just completely clueless overall. they charged mine and my friend's debit cards twice each for the room because they could not figure out how to charge one card for the room, and the other card for the $75 accidental fee, which we did not know about until arriving at the location. we confronted the situation at check out, with same women who checked us in the day before. the woman told me i would receive a call at 1:00pm from the mangager once they arrived and that never happened, in had to call them. about $600+ was taken from my bank account. the refund process was a complete disaster. i had to continuously call the hotel because they refused to take my calls or call me back and sort the problem out. when we finally reached someone and asked for the manager, they refused to let us speak to one. several times they said the manager was in a meeting, which cannot be true because we called every day several times a day. the manager we spoke to was a female. she is rude, unprofessional, and incapable of doing her job correctly or in a timely manner. we should not have to continuously call someone like that.
