Positives: The staff
Negatives: Problems with TV, had to change rooms. Bathroom fan really loud, no hair dryer. The carpet was dirty, left dark marks on my white socks; tile floor was sticky; the paper towel holder was only attached to the wall on one side. Worst maintained Residence Inn I’ve ever been in, huge disappointment!
