Negatives: On 7.26.2024 there were COCKROACHES in our room the size of small mice. We requested a refund and were told to submit a bad review through booking.com AND that there was nothing they could do. Pictures attached. We were not offered a new room, they offered us a free drink at the bar which is not nearly enough. We will not book with this site or stay with Hilton again.
