Positives: Asked for handicap room but was not close to handicap! The tub had no seating or rails to hold on to or maneuver! Had called when booking and explained problems day or two earlier! So dissatisfied!

Negatives: Having called before and assured. my problem was addressed and drove about 125 miles and got this mess. Will never use your brand again!

Positives: Just off the interstate, about 5 miles away from the northern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway. We biked the NTP to Natchez and were allowed to leave our car there while we did so - very accommodating!! Breakfast was good, too.
