The location, the size of the room and the lovely helpful staff

No coffee/tea facilities and no water in room - breakfast was really average.
Shower control is outside the shower which makes it really inconvenient
The main light switch is be the door of the room and not next to the bed

Parking prices were ridiculous. That’s the most I’ve ever paid in downtown Nashville for parking. And I would’ve loved a continental breakfast.

The staff were gracious and friendly. The room and facilities were very clean.
Negatives:
The Hotel has lost its funky vibe it is more sterile. The spa and gym facilities were closed without notice and we were charged a surprise 'destination fee' at checkout of about $100. That was very disappointing as the hotel wasn't cheap to begin with.
