The housekeeping crew were incredibly noisy, shouting at each other and arguing. I even came out my room at one point because it sounded like things were getting violent.
We had arrived after a very long journey, we checked in and just wanted to have a rest and a sleep. We were not able to do this due to all the noise from the staff.
The building and hotel is massive, there seemed to be only 1 lift for the 11 floors, which the housekeeping also used with trolley. It was normal to wait about 5 minutes for the lift.
