The room was noisy all night , and management never fixed the issue after saying three times they would. Finally, after staying up all night at 7 am, they finally resolved the issue. Was not able to drive so I booked the room again for another. night only for the problem to return, management notified they changed my room from a handicapped room to a standard room which did I wasn't able to use the shower.

It was clean and the rooms were really nice for the price. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us. My father in law just passed and during our move to another house we had to stay at this property a few days. When we left we missed the box that had his ashes in it. In a complete panic I called the property and they went on the hunt for something that meant absolutely nothing to them and found his ashes. I’m not sure who found it but they are a life saver and I could not be more thankful for the help they provided us. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this property before and loved my visit. When I returned to visit the Nashville area, I immediately booked a stay at this property. Upon check-in, I received an automated text from the hotel welcoming me. Around 930 pm, a noise radiated from the wall and my bed. It was a loud humming sound coming from the maintenance closet. I replied to the text I had received and stated I needed someone to look into the noise so I could rest. The reply given was they would send a worker to fix it. After 30 minutes, I asked if someone was coming, and again, the reply was they were sending a worker.
I sent several messages, and each time, I was told management was alerted and would fix the issues. At 7 am, after making two more requests, they finally sent someone to correct the problem]. By this time I had been up most of the night. I spoke with the front desk, and they said they would notify the manager and contact me. I stated I was too tired to drive back to Houston and would need a room for another night. I was told that since I had trouble, they would discount the room. The same evening, around 8 pm, the noise started again. I called the front desk and was told they would have to move me into a different room because maintenance had gone home. I was moved from a handicapped room into a nonhandicapped room at 830 pm. As a disabled vet, I found it very disturbing that my prior accommodations were not taken into consideration. Upon checking out, I checked to see my bill, and there was no discount, and no one from management contacted me. Even though I had asked to be contacted several times. Finally, after I put in a complaint with the 1800 number, the manager calls me when I was driving and had been on the road for 4 hours. I will never stay at this type of property again

The manager could have contacted me and explained why no one came to correct the problem. You should follow through when you state you will do something for a customer. You should be honest, and if reservations are from handicapped rooms, if you are switching there should be an accommodation for a handicapped room
