Positives:
The last room had hair in one of the beds. The bathroom was dirty and had hair on the wall. I had spoken with the front desk and they was only going to send me sheets for me to change.
This time was a lot better. Clean bed and clean bathroom. The only issue was that I had one of the staff come into my room while I was in bed. He knocked on the door and then walked in.
I told him that he shouldn't be doing that. Of course he didn't understand me due to him being from out of this country.
Overall, this time was the best.

It was absolutely atrocious, you could smell bug spray as you rounded the corner the beds had bed bugs all over them dead & alive the sheets looked like a murder scene and they took money out of my account without my permission or acknowledgement!!!
Positives:
I can understand plaster or damage but nasty not clean do not understand. I own rental property and we killed 3 live roaches and there was dead bed bugs this time. Last time there were live ones. My husband and I have been there 4 or 5 different times. Was hoping to stay on and off while the construction job he is on. Repeat customers should be taken care of not this way with this motel or hotel.??
