Took 2 hours to get a room. When I tried to check in, they had no record of my reservation. Went to eat dinner, came back and waited 30 minutes for lobby attendant. Paid for king room, they tried to give me double queen. Never again, EVER!!

The hotel is brand new so it was spotless. Some employees were extremely nice. The continental breakfast was awesome, lots to choose from.
Negatives:
The owner makes them close the pool if it's raining or storming outside, which the pool was the reason we booked the room so our kids could swim. We called hotels in town, and the Hampton Inn in Martin, and they all had theirs open, and laughed that they had closed the indoor pool for a thunderstorm. My husband did get ill with the poor guy at the front desk, but the housekeeping lady nosed into the conversation and was kind of rude. She then gave us the "stank eye" the rest of the time there. The beds were hard as a rock, and the brand new ac unit kept freezing up.

The front desk staff were friendly.
Negatives:
The kitchen staff said they were sorry that the eggs were gone but were not making more because the kitchen closed in 30 minutes. I ate turkey sausage and a banana. My diet would not allow sugar or bread. We arrived at 9:25am and breakfast was over at 10am. Here is where the early bird gets the worm.
