Loved the appetizers at the bar/lounge. The atmosphere was great! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
The lights at the swimming pool and jacuzzi were too bright. Would like a better mood with lower lighting. Air conditioner in the room never got the room up to temp and fan stayed on high blowing in my face all night. Costs were a little high for the value of everything such as parking, which really should be free for hotel guests. Snacks and waters should be free.

We did not have conditioner in our bathroom. And we found a blonde hair on our muffin during breakfast. We were all brunettes but it was a buffet style so I could have been another customer.
