Good news! Before Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.
