Positives: Great location, walking distance to several restaurants! Nostalgic stay at a "room for rent" style vintage motel, bathrooms down the hall. Bed was just as "vintage", but I expected nothing less. Friendly staff and quiet residents, but there is a fire station right down the street. Overall a great place to stay for the price!

Negatives: Does need a new mattress.
