Positives: The breakfast, A/C, and shower were our favorite parts of the hotel. The breakfast was hot and fresh as well as giving us multiple options to select from. The A/C kept our room nice and cool while we were out exploring College station. Finally, the shower had multiple settings which we enjoyed and shampoo/conditioner set ups were great.

Negatives: We had to constantly fix the toilet our entire stay in our hotel. The chain kept falling off the handle arm which became extremely annoying. This was the major issue we had in our stay. Also, the hallways were always musty and poorly ventilated which made it irritating to walk to and from our hotel room.

Positives: We love the location of the property. We also appreciate how quiet it always is and the blackout shades are a huge plus! We can actually rest well and be ready for the next day!

Negatives: We didn't realize that we needed to request housekeeping. The front desk staff are really in their own world. I'm sure they are just busy.

Positives: Front desk person Sylvia was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was decent.

Negatives: Our room was near the elevator so it was not quiet. They clean the room only upon request. They didn't clean out room after day 1 of our 2 day visit even after we requested it.
