Positives: Room smelled- said premier room with view which was of roof of building- air ac old and smelled of tobacco- I had to clean with facial wipes- room wall control taped and said did not work- only 2 elevators worked- everyone was complaining- plus I was overcharged/ Have stayed at Hilton properties often and our law firm has used this chain- but never again Bars worked but restaurant was not opened Just awful trip
Negatives: Above- understood under renovation but certainly unacceptable to use the old rooms with odor,etc
