Room smelled- said premier room with view which was of roof of building- air ac old and smelled of tobacco- I had to clean with facial wipes- room wall control taped and said did not work- only 2 elevators worked- everyone was complaining- plus I was overcharged/

Negatives:
First room that was given to us was basically the worst I’ve seen in years. The bed head boards were coming apart the tub was awful it had been repaired so many times it look like batter chipping off. Smelled muskie.
The second room was a bit larger but the ac would not regulate the room correctly. The ice machines didn’t work the coffee bar was not set up conveniently for the guests. The Starbucks staff was extremely rude and would start truly helping people until after 8am.
