Front desk staff day shift not very friendly and welcoming. I am a manager in a service center. Customer service is a must! Thankfully the Night shift person was a lot friendly and at least smiled/acknowledged me. When I checked out and told them (day shift desk staff) room number the front desk staff said to me thats where our luggage rack was and that old people had to struggle bringing in their luggage and then proceeded to tell 2 other hotel workers the same thing with one of them commenting about it very rudely. Note there was other luggage racks. Also if they claim that we had it in our room why didnt they just ask us or call the room to ask if we had it and to return.
