Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. Negatives:
Worst customer service. My booking was confirmed where I had to stay in the hotel with my family of 2 kids (3 yr old and 4 months old) but the staff denied to give me room for a non sensical reason. I was been told they got 40+ over bookings.. i had to sleep in the car with my whole family for that night since there are no more rooms available in the city anymore. Had the worst day in my life due to worst hotel and staff

Was able to get a nice hot shower and shelter for the night.
Negatives:
Location, condition of the property, condition of the exterior. condition of the interior, condition of the room, the mildewy smell throughout the interior and room. Trashy and smell of cigarettes lingered throughout the night.
