Positives: There is plenty to do in the area of the hotel. Very good location.

Negatives: Our toilet in our room was leaking and I asked for another room, the guy that helped me was rude and didn't even apologize. The bellhop hit me with his cart and didn't apologize. No microwave in the room only the lobby is really inconvenient. Our bathroom still has hairs in the sink.
