The decor and set up was nice. The front desk staff was very nice.
Negatives:
The location is terrible. The streets are small, under construction and busy. The street parking is very limited. Also the hotel has very limited parking and no self parking. The underground parking (which I could not use) was hard to get into and out of. The lobby and hallways also had a strange odor. Also the hot water didn't last.For almost $500 for 1 night it was not a good value. I expected better.

We had a unionists and it was large. The facility was so clean and nice. No jacuzzi. Beautiful pool area. They provide water which I loved.
Negatives:
Was a little expensive. Dallas wasnt a very walking city so the area of uptown wasnt what I thought it would be. Location-wise. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff was lovely.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. Views are nice. Pool is very nice with the view. Room service was fast and good selection. ALL employees were very very nice and super helpful!
Negatives:
1. Really really hard to find the entrance. Would be nice to have a check in temporary parking area. 2. No vending machines. Got hungry at night and no food or snacks anywhere or nearby!
