Easy check-in. Available luggage carts. The mattress was older, but comfortable enough to sleep. Good water pressure for showers.
Negatives:
The location is not safe. The "free parking lot" near Benihana had several piles of broken car window glass on the ground indicating recent car thefts. If you read the reviews, this location has an ongoing problem with car break-ins. The hotel charges over $20 for parking in a garage. They claim it's secured. However, anyone can easily enter the garage. When I left the gate wasn't even working and was stuck up so anyone could come and go. Besides, the doors and stairs to the garage are not locked. Just a few months ago a few dozen cars were broken into in the garage.
There were also reports that nefarious individuals were knocking on doors in the middle of the night to gain entry to guests' rooms. There is no security so anyone can come in and take an elevator to any floor without a room key. We heard people after 11:30pm knocking on doors in our hallway.
If you are concerned about safety find somewhere else to stay. I was not comfortable here and will not stay again since the staff has shown they are aware of security issues for many months or longer and have not secured the property or the parking areas.
