Positives: Everything was absolutely wonderful and clean. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets very spacious rooms with a nice pool. Great breakfast with a big variety of hot and cold food. I give this facility a 10 plus!!!
Negatives: The night staff was very rude!! I didn't get the lady name but I went down to get complementary bottles of water and was ignored by front desk staff. She was talking on the phone and didn't even acknowledge that I was even standing there." I said excuse me but may I get the water that wasnt giving to me at check in complementary from the other front desk person?" And she told me they are in the back room and I am on the phone!!! That was very rude!! When I spent over $300 for my rooms a night!! Get better night staff that has customers service skills please. Because the young lady is not working well. Didn't get a name but I remember exactly how she looks white female with reddish brown hair and glasses. Very rude!

Positives: The location was good for downtown Dallas attractions and the breakfast had good options for both adults and kids. Queen suite room was VERY large and easily fit three kids and two adults. Room did have fridge and microwave which was necessary for having a baby with us. Parking lot was very well lit and we saw multiple police officers cruising through at various times so felt very safe.
Negatives: The beds were very springy and not super comfortable. The bathroom was so small you could barely close the door and stand in the bathroom at the same time and the bathroom door would not close all the way. Even though our check in time was 3:00 we had to wait almost an hour for the room to be ready. Bottled milks in the cooler by the front desk were all covered with some black sticky residue. Pool was nothing exciting and the hot tub didn't work at all and was closed. The pool surface was so slippery all three of our kids fell multiple times around the pool just by walking around. Girl at the front desk had the personality of a wet rug and did not seem in the least bit interested in helping us get into our room, however, other staff was very friendly and attentive.
