Over the past year i have stayed in just about every Ennis hotel. All of them advertise they are a non smoking facility. La Quinta is the only one that didn’t smell like smoke or weed.

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasent and had good customer service.

That is all I can say was good.

The beds were so hard! Out of the last 10 hotels/motels that I have stayed in over the last year, these beds were the worst. The air in the room did not get cold. The walls in the entry way were dirty, had some kind of substance on the wall by the bathroom. Looked like it was some kind of glue or gooky running down it in a spot. There was a nail sticking up in the carpet by where it ended walking towards the closet. I actually stepped on it and was scared that it went in my foot at first. I did tell the person at the desk the next morning, but I felt like she was not too worried about it due to how she acted when I was telling her about it. The breakfast was not hot, and did not have a good selection at all. We did not see anyone in the area working it. The coffee tasted awful. Could not drink it. The eggs with the cheese in it, were cold. Not even warm. For the price that we paid, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!
