Negatives: Clean the floors. Attach toilet to floor...it wobbled all over the place.

Negatives: Cleaning

Negatives: The rooms were disguising with visible stains, spills, mold, and soda sprayed on the walls. There were flies all in the room and vomit on the sidewalk. The flooring was warped so bad that I stumped my toe on one of the boards sticking up.

Negatives: nothing

Negatives: The breakfast was very basic. Not what we've had at other Super 8's. We noticed water on the floor by the sink shortly after we checked in. We thought it was from our dog drinking out of her water bowl. We put a towel under the bowl. Then by very late evening it was all over the floor by the sink. And the towel was wet. By morning, the whole room had water coming out of the seams in the flooring. I pressed my foot on the floor and the water came seeping up around the beds and walkway thru the room. We reported it at the front desk and got a "sorry about that" reply. My comfort and satisfaction went up in smoke at that moment. Gross, having to walk in the water on the floor while trying to pack up and get out of there, that was seeping up thru the seams and no consolation offered. Just a lack of empathy comment from another front desk hostess. We were told there was a leak before that supposedly was repaired. Apparently not!!! So, not a good ending.

Negatives: When my daughter in law got there, the floor was soaking wet and only got worse in the four hours she was there. She wanted to let someone know in case there was an issue that would cause greater problems and was told she should've said something sooner. After driving for 30+ hours, I was proud to hear (since I was on the phone during this exchange) that she didn't fully blow up at the person. She wasn't complaining, only trying to help them be aware of a potential serious problem. Extremely disappointing after the woman I spoke to the evening before was so kind.

Negatives: We stayed at this hotel April 8, 2024 because it was the only place we could find. The hotel absolutely gouged its customers for the solar eclipse. They charged US$ 569 for a room that normally costs US$ 58!!! We had the top room closest to the front desk and the stairs are very badly in need of repair. The room smelled very strongly of Lysol which we later realized was to cover up the horrible urine smell that was all over the room. The breakfast was very unappealing and we did not eat there.

Negatives: Room didn't feel clean, bit dated and walls very thin.

Negatives: The room had a smell. Looked like the room had flooded. Floor was horrible. Bed was miserable. The mattress need to be thrown away. Over priced to say the least.
