I am very dissatisfied and overall disappointed.
For the amount of money I spent it didn’t feel like luxury property, the staff is poorly trained, the amenities are average, and the service provided was very poor, I asked for housekeeping cleaning and they ignored me two times . I asked for plates and the answer was “come and pick it up from downstairs “
I couldn’t sleep from the noise from Other rooms .
I tried to cast my phone with the tv to enjoy some Netflix but it was not working
There were no robe at the bathroom, I went to this property to have a good time but I payed double for a 2 star hotel service .
The breakfast is average as well . Very limited menu. The French toast was soggy
I ordered a pizza and was BURNED, I couldn’t eat it.
I wouldn’t recommend this property to anybody after the poor experience I had .

Location is excellent if you like shopping and close restaurants. Parking is easy. Check-in was quick and painless. Bar super nice and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable.
Negatives:
LIke most hotels, they turn the air UP during the night and gets quite hot. The mattress was super comfortable but the sheets and covers are scratchy. We have stayed here many times and always have a great view north. This time we faced the south and the view is not quite as pleasant.

We were told check in was at we got there at 4:45 and was told room wasn’t ready it wasn’t ready for another 2 hours good thing the mall was attached to the mall or we would of been stuck with 3 kids and nothing to do. Oh and not to mention there was a hotel party two door a down and we when we told the staff about it around 1 am was told they would look into it and nothing was done about it we heard them till almost 3am
