POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN BOOKING.COM AND THIS PROPERTY

The property was dated and unkept.
Negatives:
The top lock was non existent, the towels were dirty, the front desk was rude, there were hole in the carpet, the was was disconnected, the phone number was not correct to the front desk, you never knew when the front desk was going to be there even though it said open 24 hours. I tried to check out at 8:45 in the morning and doors where lock and no one answered me knocking on the doors.

The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked really good and so did the TV and the Wi-Fi

The pull-out bed had rice in it and the manager was a very weird little man that tried to accost me. The bathroom was an old setup and the toilet had problems flushing

The inside, no tv, broken cabinets. Bugs everywhere, restroom door doesn't lock, and the ac sucked, the sheet had blood stains on them... Not very happy... Won't do that again..

i got one room that it looked like they were still working on it painters tape on the wall it was a mess and the restroom didnt have a shower shower head.
when I told them about it they gave me a better room but still painters tape on the wall and shower didnt have a curtain and no breakfast!

The King size bed on second floor is very comfortable. The room was clean with medium size refrigerator.
Negatives:
announced as extended stay but did not have anything in room, not even coffee.There was no breakfast either.
Check in was very difficult. Reception hardly spoke English and did not know how to use a computer. Everything was written Down on paper, so pre registering doesnt help much because they cant find you on the computer.
The couple were elder and very sweet but challenging to work with.

If you are looking for a cheap comfortable bed to spend the night this place is for you. We were on our way to Port Aran
