Positives: Really clean and exquisite hotel! It’s beautiful and have a boutique feel to it! It’s located in a quiet area (medical district?) not too far from downtown. Guest services were very friendly and check in was smooth! Valet is pretty expensive at $47 + tax per night. I did make a request for yellow roses in the room before arrival. It is very disappointing they could not make this happen as they promised.

Negatives: Upon arrival, my reservation specified that a sofa bed would be available in the living room. Unfortunately, there was no sofa bed provided. Instead, the hotel staff compelled me to use a rollaway bed, for which I was charged $50. Additionally, the rollaway bed was placed in the middle of the room for approximately 1.5 hours until someone came to set it up This caused significant inconvenience, as my girls were extremely tired after a long drive and were eager to rest. I attempted to park my car myself; however, the valet service informed me that self-parking was not an option. Consequently, I was forced to use their valet parking service, which incurred an additional cost of $47. This was unexpected and not clearly communicated at the time of booking. also most of the staff doesn't speak English.
